Refunds and Cancellations
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your product's arrival, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Damage caused by accident or misuse is not covered by the warranty. The product will need to be returned and inspected prior to having a replacement sent. The warranty terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
Canceling an order
If your item has not been shipped and you would like to cancel your order, simply send us an email at email@example.com and we will process your refund as soon as we can. Please note that we cannot cancel your order if it has already been shipped out.
Damaged or faulty item
If your item was delivered in damaged or faulty conditions please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the item. Upon receipt of the picture, and depending on the evidence, we will either approve or deny your refund request.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
