"Design is everywhere in our daily lives. Sometimes, it is easier to spot than others. I was inspired by everyday design that is often missed, but serves a great purpose: fruit stickers. Due to their size, they are often ripped off the fruit and discarded. But although small, they pack a lot of information and often display beautiful illustrations of fruits and vegetables. My goal was to experiment with colors and textures to show the wear and tear. The peeled effect on most of the stickers proves that even the disposable forms of design shape our everyday life and visual experiences."
